Why would someone unplug my laptop charger from the wall, but leave my laptop attached? WTF?

Kinja'd!!!

Now I’m forced to actually sit at my desk this morning... I don’t need this shit. This is not how you come back from a long weekend.

Cleaning crew, needing to plug in the vacuum? They once were cleaning in our place and turned off a surge protector strip. Four computers, printers and other periferals were off. Wouldn’t have been so bad if it hadn’t been a weekend where updates were planned. The Monday was hell because various computer/EPC were down for updates to download most of the day. Doing most GM parts catalog updates can take from 2-6 hours for each terminal.

Nope, they don’t touch our desks. The charger had been unplugged but no cables have been re-arranged or changed; my rat’s nest is still intact.

Nah, there are tons of wall plugs all over the place, and the desk next to mine has nothing plugged into it at all. Probably a prankster. A lame prankster.

A frenemy then? Or just someone being an ass?

Imagine this as a concept, and don’t let your mind be blown. Take your laptop with you somewhere else, somewhere not at your desk, and bring your charger with you to the other location, plug it in an outlet and bam!! You are charging the laptop, and you are not at your desk. Magic!

Yeah, but no... That sounds like an effort.

The point of having a fancy laptop with a killer battery is to avoid dragging my cable around the office.

Frenemy or some random “I need this plug right here, right now” moment. It’s just strange...
